FUNCTIONS
Thank you for enquiring about our function space at Micky’s Cafe. The following is all the information you will need to put together an event at Micky’s. We have included some menu examples for your convenience. Please note though that our menus change regularly without notice due to the fact we use fresh seasonal produce.
How to book your function:
To make a booking for a function at Micky’s please call us on 9361 5157. Our staff can take an initial reservation from you over the phone taking your contact details and any helpful information. You will receive a return call from our function co-ordinator to plan your event. This booking will be held for seven days after the initial enquiry. At which time you will be called to confirm the booking.
Final Numbers:
The final number of guests attending the function is required three days prior to your booked date. Charges will be based on the guaranteed minimum number of guests or the actual number that attend, whichever is greater.
Menu Selections:
We require a minimum of five days notice of your menu selections. If we have not received your order in this time we can’t guarantee your selection will be available.
Specialty Cakes:
Our pastry chef would be delighted to bake you a cake for your special event. We have a selection of delicious cakes to choose from which you will find in the menu section of this pack. Cake orders need to be placed 5 days prior to your function. Should you wish to bring your own cake we will gladly organise to have it brought to your table, cut it and plate it. This however does come at an extra cakeage charge of $2 per person.
Deliveries & BYO:
Should you wish to have your alcohol delivered in advance, we will gladly look after it for you. Micky’s must be notified in advance of the delivery and all items must be clearly labelled with name, date and time of your function.
Catering:
Micky’s can also cater for you off site if you desire.
